1. Dayri Date and Nut Energy Bars

A clean homemade snack for an on-the-go bite!

Ingredients

1 cup Dayri dates (pitted)

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

Blend the dates, nuts, honey, and coconut oil in a food processor.

Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking tray.

Chill for 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.


2. Cream Cheese-Stuffed Dayri Dates

A simple but sweet-savory appetizer.


Ingredients

12 Dayri dates (pitted)

4 Oz cream cheese

2 tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions

Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs

1 onion (sliced)

1 cup Dayri dates (pitted)

1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

Sauté onions with spices and return the chicken to the pot.

½ cup chopped Dayri dates

¼ cup melted butter

¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
